Online Orders

Eligibility to order

You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and:

  • provide us with your full name, contact information and payment details when placing an order;
  • provide us with the full delivery address;
  • possess a valid payment method that works on this website.

Order Acceptance

All orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance in accordance with the following:

  • You will be given the opportunity to confirm the details of your order, including your address and payment details, prior to completing your order.
  • When you place an order with us, as soon as is reasonably practicable, we will send you an acknowledgement email to advise you that we have received your order. This is not to be considered an order confirmation or acceptance and it is only when we confirm to you that your order has been dispatched for delivery that we are confirming acceptance of your order.

If it transpires that any of the items in your original order are unavailable, you will receive a refund from us for the amount of the unavailable item(s) ASAP.

We anticipate that all orders (except for items that have been personalised/Monogrammed) will be delivered within 14 days of your order being placed on this website. Where we are unable to deliver your order within this period, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Please note that special terms and conditions apply in relation to the ordering of personalised/Monogrammed items and these will be advised to customers who enquire/avail of this service. Please note, in any event, all such items cannot be returned.

We may be unable to fufill your order or refuse, to accept your order because:

  • one or more products in your order are unavailable;
  • we are unable to process payment for your order, or your chosen payment method has been refused;
  • we have identified a pricing or product description error
  • your order fails to meet the requirements of local import restrictions or requirements at your delivery destination.
  • you fail to meet our order eligibility criteria or have failed to comply with our terms.


We take great care to ensure that all products are priced correctly on this website but occasionally pricing errors can occur. If we have made an error in the price of a product that you have ordered, we will contact you asap. You may have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price (subject to availability), however, we are under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was mistakenly advertised at an incorrect price.

Please note: prices for products on our website may change at any time without notice and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

If you are viewing this website from within the UK, the product prices advertised are inclusive of UK VAT. Delivery costs are not included in these prices and will be charged in addition at checkout. Complimentary delivery is only available on orders to addresses within the UK for over £175. Please note, we do not offer free returns unless an item is faulty.

Please bear in mind that depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply.

If you are shipping items internationally, you may need to pay import duties upon receipt of the products and other expenses. Please contact us prior to placing any international orders with us, so that we can advise you of our requirements for such orders. It may be complicated for you to have to do this and although we want you to have the easiest shopping experience possible, we do want you to be fully informed of the process.

We will also advise you of likely postage costs etc but please note, we cannot advise you if import duties are included or if you will need to pay them separately. If they are not included, we do not have any control over these charges and we cannot advise you on their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that are not included.For any questions in this regard, you will need to liase with your local customs office who will be able to advise you of the amounts payable, we do not have this information.

Should you choose to cancel or return products that have been purchased in a promotion or at a discounted price, you will be refunded for the goods at the price charged to you at the time of Checkout. We do not refund your delivery or return postage costs.

Product Descriptions

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the product images you see on this website are an accurate representation of the products that we sell as actual product colours may differ from the images that are shown on this website due to your computer/device screen resolution or settings, we are sorry about this but we cannot do anything to resolve this issue and just ask you to bear this in mind prior to your purchase.

All products on this website are subject to availability at the point of purchase. Once a product is sold out, it will be taken off this website asap but that may not be in real time and it may not be available again. If any products you order are out of stock, we will contact you asap so that you can cancel the whole or part of your order. If we are unable to contact you, we may cancel the whole order, or cancel the relevant parts and proceed with the transaction.


Delivery Taxes & Duties

Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. If you are shipping items internationally, you may need to pay import duties upon receipt of the products.

As advised above, we have no control over any of these charges and we cannot advise you on their amount. The payment of any such import duties or taxes is your responsibility. Before placing your order, please contact your local Customs office for further information and a ‘landed cost estimate’. We are not responsible for items that unfortunately are confiscated or delayed by local Customs authorities.

It is your responsibility to comply with all requirements imposed by the local Customs authority in relation to your order. This may include the provision of identification information in order to receive your order. Before placing an order, we recommend that you make yourself aware of local import duties or other requirements. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such laws.

Certain countries may also require other certification or information for your order to be delivered, which may delay your delivery (by approximately seven days on top of the destination’s standard delivery time). Please note: if we are unable to obtain the relevant documentation required for your delivery, we may need to cancel your order.

Due to the bespoke nature of the products, we anticipate that items will be despatched within 14 days of an order being placed(although it may be much quicker) but this is subject to any changes necessary. We endeavour to ensure all orders are despatched as quickly as possible, if you have any questions in this regard, please contact us via our Contact Us Form.
Please note, any items that are ordered with an add on of our Monogram Service will have different timescales for despatch but these customers will be advised of despatch times on an individual basis.

If you would like an order to be despatched urgently, please contact us via our contact us form and we will endeavour to assist you, if we can.

There is complimentary delivery on all orders over £175, ,for all other orders,there is a standard delivery charge of £5.95 for all orders within the UK.
For International orders, please contact us via our contact us form and we will provide you with detailed information regarding costs and the process for International deliveries.
Please note, all our orders are sent via a signed for service, so it will be necessary for someone to be at the delivery address to deal with the courier and sign for the delivery.


We hope that you will love any item that you buy from us but if you do not, this is what you need to know.

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days.The exception to this Policy are items that have been purchased from us and have availed of the add on Monogram Service, unfortunately, unless they are faulty, these items cannot be returned.We hope that you appreciate why this is the case. We remind customers that this position will have been made clear at the time of purchasing this add on service.Thus, we trust that these items not being able to be returned (unless faulty), will not be any sort of issue with our customers but we do want to make things clear, so that is why we are reiterating this no return policy here.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, unless the item is faulty. Though with the items that we sell, we are confident that this situation is very unlikely to happen but things can go wrong, so we just want to confirm that if they do, we will do our best to help.We want shopping with us to be a good experience and we will always use our best endeavours to try to ensure that it is.


We do not offer free returns unless an item is faulty.

Certain types of products may not be returned including, without limitation: (i) any products that are personalised, bespoke or have otherwise been made to order
To be able to return your purchase,the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, please notify us of your intention to return the item and why you wish to do so, via either our Contact Us form or via email.Once we receive this information from you and as quickly as we can, we will supply you with a returns number and further information on the returns process.

When returning an item, we always recommend that you send the item by a signed for and insured service, we will need from you proof of postage, so please keep your documentation in this regard. We would a recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and ensure that you purchase shipping insurance up to the value of the amount paid for the entire purchase as, unfortunately, we simply cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if we do not, then you must seek to be reimbursed for your entire order plus postage costs from your chosen courier and they will only pay out certain amounts dependant upon the service that you avail off. Please, send it back to us by a means that hopefully means that you do not have any difficulties and if you do, you are protected.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received safely.

Your return will then need to be inspected, all of this will be done as quickly as possible. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, we would hope within a maximum of 14 days.We do not refund the costs you will have paid for the item to be delivered to you.Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If it looks like a refund is slow, please, first check with who you paid for the purchase with, your bank account/ your credit card company etc, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our Contact Us form and we will endeavour to do all we can to help.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including, where applicable, your right to cancel an order placed on the Website within 14 days of receipt of your order and your rights in respect of faulty or defective goods. For more information on your statutory rights, we recommend that you contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. If you would like to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of this decision by a clear statement, including your name, address, contact details and details of the order you wish to cancel. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges and can only replace items if they are faulty.
