Delivery is free of charge on all orders within the UK. Overseas orders please contact us for a quote.
Because all our bed linen is individually cut and made to customer’s requirements, we look for around 14 working days.
If something is very urgent we can “fast track” an order providing it does not delay any other customers. We will always try our best to oblige.

We use paypal to take our online payments which covers most major credit cards. We also accept cheques, and bank transfers. We also take payments over the phone for most major credit cards.
Our website is protected via SSL which means any information submitted via our online shop is secured. We also use Paypal as our preferred payment gateway. When it comes to paying for your order you will be transferred to Paypal’s secure site in order to make the payment.

As everything is made to customer’s specification, we do not have a product range to show. However, we will send you a full colour swatch and give you an indication of price.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our product and service. All items are quality checked during manufacture and before dispatch.
To ensure that you will be happy with your purchase, we will send samples of the fabric for your inspection. On approval, the blanket will be made to your specification and dispatched, usually within 14 days. We cannot exchange or refund unless there is a fault in the fabric.

Duchess Merino blankets. Returns
Providing these are bought as standard sizes, not Bespoke/altered, they can be exchanged if you are not entirely satisfied, you will be able to return the item within 7 working days of receipt.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item and it is in its original condition and packaging as you received it. Postage is not refunded. Returned goods should be insured for your safety.
Please inform us by email of the problem, including your name, address, phone number along with a written response as to why you wish to returning the goods. We will then issue you a returns number, without which a refund cannot be made.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the dimensions of the bed are checked before ordering goods. We always confirm the order back to you by email, reminding you to double check the sizes and the colours. If something looks odd about the measurement, we query this with you also. Without your confirmation, either by phone or email, we will not start to process your order.
No, we are a web based business. Everything is made at the factory and shipped direct.
No, we do not share your details with anyone. Neither do we send sales/marketing emails. Once your order is complete the next time you will hear from us is when we send you an e-card for Christmas.
