There is complimentary delivery on all orders over £175, ,for all other orders,there is a standard delivery charge of £5.95 for all orders within the UK.
For International orders, please contact us via our contact us form and we will provide you with detailed information regarding costs and the process for International deliveries.
Please note, all our orders are sent via a signed for service, so it will be necessary for someone to be at the delivery address to deal with the courier and sign for the delivery.

Due to the bespoke nature of the products, we anticipate that items will be despatched within 14 days of an order being placed(although it may be much quicker) but this is subject to any changes necessary. We endeavour to ensure all orders are despatched as quickly as possible, if you have any questions in this regard, please contact us via our Contact Us Form.
Please note, any items that are ordered with an add on of our Monogram Service will have different timescales for despatch but these customers will be advised of despatch times on an individual basis.

Yes, we are pleased to offer International shipping but please contact us in this regard via our contact us form prior to placing any order, so that we can advise you on the additional costs and other information that you will need to consider prior to completing a purchase.

To this end, we are pleased to advise that all items are quality checked during manufacture and before despatch, you are purchasing an item that has been made at one of the last remaining fully vertical mills in the UK, they spin the yarn, weave the fabric and finish each and every throw and blanket by hand, all on one site. This allows them to draw on the skills and craftsmanship learnt by their teams over the past 237 years.

Insight of the above, we consider it to be unlikely that there will be a problem with your purchase but if you consider there to be a fault, please inform us by email of the problem, please include your name, address and phone number.
